Van Dievel is a transport company from Mechelen Noord. We drive 500 km around Mechelen and mainly provide national transport. So you are back home with your family in the evening.

Anyone who has seen our trucks knows that we mainly drive with the tractor-trailer combination. Opening and closing a tarpaulin will not scare you. Advantage: you no longer have to pay for a gym membership, no, you even get paid for it!

Job description:

As a CE driver at Van Dievel Transport you are responsible for transporting goods within a radius of 500 kilometers around Mechelen. You mainly drive with the tractor-trailer combination and have no problems with opening and closing a bache.

Profile:

Passionate professional driver
Good knowledge of Dutch, French or English
Strict defensive driving style with an eye for safety
Living within a radius of 20 km around Mechelen
2 Saturdays to work per month (150% paid)
Willing to work an average of 12 hours per day

Job-related competences:

Organize or control the loading of goods into the vehicle
Perform basic maintenance and clean vehicle
Checking the condition of the vehicle and equipment
Performing the pairing
Driving a truck with a tail lift
Record follow-up and activity data
Pass the information on to the relevant department
Loading and unloading a vehicle manually or with the aid of non-motorized goods handling machinery
Check the presence and validity of on-board and transport documents
Collecting, transporting and delivering products or goods
Check the conformity of the goods together with the customer
Making moves: National
Carry out emergency measures in the event of an accident
