Van Dievel, with registered office at Rue de Tournai, 361, B-7973 Stambruges and registered with the CBE under number 0422.389.501 (hereinafter Van Dievel “we” or “us”) wishes to inform you as a visitor that you do not have to accept all cookies. Accepting them is not a condition for visiting the website. However, if you reject them, it is possible that certain applications of our website and additional services will not function optimally, thus altering the user experience of the website (see also item 6. Disabling cookies).

9.2. What are cookies and similar techniques?

An Internet visit to a Van Dievel website or use of an application (e.g. app) may involve the use of files and technologies that store information on your end devices (PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet etc.) or access information already stored on your end devices. The files and technologies do not contain viruses or other harmful applications. Cookies are small information files stored by the Internet browser on your computer or mobile device
when you visit a website or when you use a (mobile) application. They act as a kind of memory aid for a website. Thanks to cookies and similar techniques, our website can easily track specific information about our visitors and their browsing behavior.
In principle, cookies can be placed both by Van Dievel itself (“first party cookies”) and by third parties (“third party cookies”). Third party cookies ensure that certain data are sent to third parties by your visit or use of the website.
