Van Dievel Transport, located in the Mechelen-Noord industrial zone, is looking to expand our permanent shuttle team. We are a stable, growing family business with 20 office staff and 120 drivers. Every day, our teams ensure that goods are delivered correctly, safely, and on time within a 500 km radius of Brussels. For us, it’s all about respect, safety, and teamwork.

Job description:

Your job at a glance

You’ll drive fixed shuttle routes 24/7—no long international trips, but plenty of structure and predictability.

Shift schedules (choice of two systems)

• Day shift: 4 days working from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, followed by 4 days off

• Night shift: 4 days working from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, followed by 4 days off

Your responsibilities

Loading and unloading via an automatic conveyor belt
Safe and defensive driving is a top priority for you
Recording activities via a company smartphone
Ensuring the cleanliness of the tractor and trailer
Responding appropriately to technical issues or incidents

Profile:

You hold a CE driver’s license
You enjoy working as part of a permanent team of 12 drivers (3 tractor units, in use 24/7)
You are a quick learner and work with care
You are stress-resistant, flexible, and reliable
You respect rules and agreements
You can communicate fluently in Dutch, French or English
You preferably live within 20 km of Mechelen
